Privacy Policy pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 "GDPR"

We ask users to carefully read our privacy policy, which applies in any case in which you access the website and decide to browse it, to use our services, regardless of the purchase of products. The data provided to Francesca Polacco, on the pages of the website accessible at the address  www.anticoponteantiquariato.com  at the time of purchase and subsequently for the use of the services provided from time to time, they will be processed in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

The GDPR in article 4, par. 1, n.7, provides that the owner of the processing of personal data is "the natural or legal person, public authority, service or other body which, individually or together with others, determines the purposes and means of data processing personal ". It is the task of determining "means and purposes of the processing" which allows to distinguish the Data Controller from other privacy figures.

Regarding privacy and the processing of personal data, reference can be made mainly to three specific regulations: I) Legislative Decree no. 196 of 2003 containing the data protection code (Privacy Code) which replaced the old law of n. 675 of 1996. In article 4, the Code defined the data controller as "the natural person, legal person, public administration and any other body, association or body responsible for [...] decisions regarding the purposes, methods of treatment of personal data and the tools used, including the security profile "; II) Italian legislation has been superseded by EU Regulation 679 of 2016 concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (the so-called GDPR). The definition of the data controller, mentioned at the beginning of this article, is not identical in specific characteristics to that of Legislative Decree 196 of 2003. The GDPR has been harmonized with national legislation by means of Legislative Decree n. 101 of 2018 "Decree for the adaptation of national legislation to the provisions of regulation (EU) 2016/679" which repealed the articles of the Privacy Code that are incompatible with specific European legislation and specified those points of the GDPR that referred to specific of the individual legislators of the Member States. Therefore, today, the regulations of the Member States of the European Union can be considered to be in agreement on privacy, and the definition of the data controller is univocal.
