The user who purchased products through the site  www.anticoponteantiquariato.com  has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with Francesca Polacco within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, as required by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 2005, Consumer Code. The user who wishes to return or exchange an item can send an email to  francesca.polacco.ve@gmail.com  with your request. Francesca Polacco is not responsible for the cost of shipping for the return or replacement, unless the item has a defect recognized by Francesca Polacco. The user must ensure that his name, telephone number and order number are included in the package. The user can also insert in the package, if in his possession, other documents relating to the purchase.

Francesca Polacco will refund the value of the product by issuing a credit note or a receipt for the return of goods.

As for the right of withdrawal, the following is specified:

If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated, Francesca Polacco will refund the sums already collected for the purchase of the products but not the shipping costs. The return shipment is carried out directly by the user at his own expense by sending the package within 14 days of receipt of the goods in the manner and to the address indicated by Francesca Polacco. The sums to be refunded will be processed in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within thirty days from the date on which the seller became aware of the exercise of the right of withdrawal and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified. . If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller.

- The shipping costs for returning the product are completely at the user's expense.
